{ AI & operations }
Make human review a real step.
Approval needs an owner, context, and a useful path back into the workflow.
{ Working note }
Define the boundary.
Decide what the AI may suggest and what requires approval. Classification, summarization, and drafting have different consequences; each needs its own acceptance criteria.
{ Working note }
Give the reviewer enough context.
Show the source material, the proposed output, and the action that approval will trigger. The review step should allow correction and rejection, with a clear next state for each choice.
{ Working note }
Evaluate the uncertain cases.
Test ambiguous inputs and unsupported answers alongside typical examples. Keep a fallback for outputs that do not meet the agreed requirements, and make the responsible person visible.
