What this makes possible.

A clear introduction to specialist services

Sponsors and partners can explore the company, services, network, and therapeutic focus in one public website.

Access in two languages

English and Georgian content supports international communication and local access.

A clear participation entry point

Prospective volunteers can learn about expressing interest, with registration distinguished from study enrollment.

{ Context }

The problem.

A specialist clinical research business needs to communicate with people arriving with different questions. Sponsors want to understand its services, research partners want context about its network, and prospective volunteers need a clear way to learn about participation. The challenge was to bring those needs into an understandable public website.

{ Role & implementation }

My contribution.

I developed AdaptaClinical’s public website, bringing company information, specialist services, research network content, and participation guidance into a structured experience. The delivered website includes English and Georgian content for international communication and local access.

{ The solution }

What I built.

The website combines a company introduction with dedicated service, sector, therapeutic-area, and network pages. Visitors can move from the homepage into the information relevant to them, while a separate participation route explains how to express interest in clinical research. WordPress and Elementor provide the website’s content and page implementation foundation.

{ Technical decisions }

Why this approach.

The content is organized around distinct visitor needs rather than expecting one homepage to explain every aspect of the business. Detailed pages give specialist services room to be described, while prominent navigation keeps company, network, and participation information accessible. English and Georgian versions support both international and local audiences.

{ Engineering detail }

A route for sponsors and business partners.

Company background, service pages, and sector information help visitors explore whether the organization’s offering is relevant to their project. This is a content journey, with each page adding detail to the business introduction.

{ Engineering detail }

Context for research partners.

Network and therapeutic-area pages provide a place to describe the company’s research focus. Content cards, supporting imagery, and clear headings make a broad specialist offering easier to browse.

{ Engineering detail }

English and Georgian access.

Both language versions are available through the public website’s language navigation. The bilingual experience supports international business communication alongside information for Georgian visitors.

{ Engineering detail }

Set expectations before registration.

The participation page introduces a volunteer interest form covering contact details, participation preferences, availability, and acknowledgments. Its messaging distinguishes initial registration from enrollment in a study, helping visitors understand what expressing interest means.

{ Delivered capabilities }

What changed.

AdaptaClinical has a live bilingual public website that brings its company information, specialist offering, and visitor entry points into one place. It provides a digital reference for introducing the business and explaining its work to sponsors, partners, and prospective volunteers.

{ Scope }

Built for this client’s setup.

This case study covers the public website. The separately developed AdaptaClinical CRM is outside this item’s scope. The registration interface is shown as part of the visitor experience; this case does not claim a verified website-to-CRM integration or measured recruitment results.
